The dial on this one is not original. Logos are not consistent with the time period.

Here is one with an original dial:

If the price is under $200, it would make a nice wearing watch.

Basically I’m looking for 33-36mm sized watch with the dial (= small IWC Portugueser).

Don’t skimp out on your dream watch, you’ll regret over paying as soon as it’s on your wrist. Be patient.

is it that bad? Would you recommend me other decent alternatives? I’m looking for 36mm sized subsecond watch with Arabic index and railroad minute track.

OmeGez is correct. Be patient and persistent; rushing to purchase (or to do anything important in my opinion) invariably leads to regret. Remember: “act in haste, repent at leisure“.

There were very few watches made in the 1930's and early 1940's that were 36mm diameter. When found, they tend to go for significant money.

Most normal men's watches were anywhere between 30mm to 34mm. The reason for this was that a lot of the movements in early wristwatches came from women's watches. There wasn't a whole lot of difference in the size between men's and women's watches until the 1950's.

The Glycine above is very typical from that period.
