Two is my limit. I have a FOIS and a Mark II racing dial 145.014.

Have the ST1

ST2
(Covers my step dial, DON, applied logo, creamy marker, orange chrono hand fix, this is really the modern Speedmaster that has everything in a nutshell)

and a 2013 speedy
(My daily wearer since 2013)

Yep, those three gives a nice selection to choose from that cover many of the classic Speedmaster design cues.

Two is a reasonable start, or an accident (depending on who you're justifying them to).

Three is a collection.

Four is a problem.

Five is something you only talk to strangers on the internet about. 😁

hey hey hey...what about those who have more than 5..or 10..or those many boxfuls...which probably would apply to a lot Omegascenti here?!

They only talk to strangers on the internet about them... or in some extreme fringe cases create entire websites under the guise of "enablement" no, hang on, I mean "education"!

Looking at you @Spacefruit 😁

@jordanrules , that is certainly a spectacular line up already.

To bring some true variety, I decided to recently add this one to my lineup:

…and I don’t regret it one bit!!! 🥰

But, YES, it is a disease, and you could already very much enjoy your current collection, especially with the original Moonwatch!

One of us can't count. Better send me the tenth one so forum members won't think it's you.

After collecting for a number of years I’ve adopted the rule of ‘8’. This is easier said then done especially when you see something else you really like and you have to pick one to let go.

I want to cry right about now.....

So I have been chatting to a really nice chap who offers very specific services in aviation in CAMO and Part 21 and he has been doing a few bits for the company I currently work for. We quickly learned that we are a couple of aerosexuals so are always sending each other bits and pieces of juicy gossip from the industry and giving each other a heads up if there is a potential client that would suit each other.

Anyway, last night we started chatting about an airshow currently going on in Malta and he sent me a shot of the red arrows. I mentioned I thought Bremont was using some ex red arrow pilots to help promote the product line when he mentions he is an Omega man and proceeds to send me the below photo of his collection. He purchased them all in one transaction and never wears them. He knows the value of them and does not want to sell them. He bought them from a friend of his who bought them from a bankruptcy so he paid less than list for them all.

I have had some very lucky strokes in my life that has brought me money or assets at below distressed levels but I can only imagine how chuffed he feels with this little collection of beauties in practically new condition.

I am not sure which one I love more as its difficult to remain focused on one for very long before I feel my self being drawn to another.

A collection, you say?

I’m sure the Oxford dictionary has a different definition, but. . .

Mine started with the 9300 Titanium, then 9300 St, two of the same reference and looking forward to a 3861 at some point.

They’re interesting timepieces I can enjoy every day, regardless of weather or event. ANC I continue to be fascinated by the history and variants.

WOW, that's a lot of speedies! For me It would just be 1 and it would be the ST2 Ultraman and maybe slowly move my way to the OG Ultraman
