How many red flags?

I am being offered this vintage omega, I can tell it must be a mid/late 40's/ early 50s because of the aguille hands+centre seconds. There is some obvious corrosion, and rust. The seconds hand is unlike anything I have ever seen in an omega, maybe it broke, maybe it's a replacement. The dial is good looking though, but the logo and omega font look funny. I mainly have 60s/70s omegas so not too sure about these more vintage ones. I haven't discussed price yet but I think I could get it for no more than $150. I have asked for better pictures in the meantime. Thoughts?

The dial was refinished at some point. Unlike you, I do not find it good looking. Especially the logo and Omega look pretty bad. The case was polished too much imho. If you like it, buy it, but factor in the service and keep in mind that the value is limited.

The dial is very poorly repainted and the case is completely ruined with most of the plating worn off. It's a piece of junk.
