How hard is it to get an Omega Catalogue

·I asked my OB yesterday about a catalogue, and he said they were being printed. So hopefully I'll get a catalogue in the near future.

Why you ask to OB when there is a chance to order it online. They do not send on time when you order online, or? I ordered this year's catalogue and it came in 3 days. However it's the 2nd time they sent in German even though I ordered English version. So far I never get a catalogue in the language I requested. Longines sent me German even though I ordered English, Oris sent me English even though I ordered German. I do not know what's going on with them but i never had a chance go get the wished one till now 😁

·I ordered one online back in early December because of this thread just to see what would happen. Still haven't received one. I asked at the King of Prussia OB when I was there a few weeks ago and he said they're not getting/doing them anymore. He also said the mother ship is not good a communication so I'm not surprised there are varying reports.

I’ve never received a catalogue when ordering online, and I have tried multiple times. I’ve gotten catalogues at the OB previously, but now I can’t be bothered to be honest. Everything you need is online anyway…

I also sent an email to Omega asking if they would send the catalogue out but no reply.
However, I went to my OB in Bangkok 3 weeks ago, mentioned the long wait and asked if they could help with procuring a catalogue. The OB “special ordered” one for me and it arrived a couple of days ago. They also mentioned that this was a special case since Omega is currently phasing out all hardcopies / catalogues and it will be harder and harder to request them in the future.
I also sent an email to Omega asking if they would send the catalogue out but no reply.

·Paper catalogues are really a thing of the past now, every manufacturer has a website with far more current and detailed information. Omega must be one of the last to give them up.

·In Israel I get the latest one promptly in the mail within a week or two.
