Nope. You have to remove the movement and pop out the crystal from the inside. A crystal lift is for a crystal without a tension ring.

I have had success using a syringe to pressurise the inside which can force the crystal off (sometimes explosively)… but you need to be able to remove the crown (split crown)

You must be confusing the OPs watch with the unicoque/monocoque C cases.

Thesre's no way to use a syringe to pop the crystal on this model

Thanks. You are completely right. I just saw the question about the crystal lift (which is normally needed on the uni cases).

Careful with the syringe method. I used to collect Omega Dynamics and Cosmics. I had that method damage a few dials. I eventually just bought the right tool and it's night and day better.

IMO, the "Tool 10X" crystal lifts are straight magic. They are designed 100x better than any other crystal lift. One thing they do that others don't: They do a slight compress, THEN 'press' against the case as you tighten it further, so it 'pulls' the crystal out. Traditional crystal lifts tend to break crystals since they are constantly 1-milli-milli-meter from over-compressing it, so there is a 'touch' component with getting them right.

I've got 2 sizes now (102, and 105 IIRC), and they are among my best purchases.
