According to that list, you'll want to source crown 42019 and crystal 5000 for reference 2852. I find the best way to source parts is to scour ebay and save searches to get email notifications when the parts you're looking for are listed.

Also, once you've made 200 meaningful posts on the forum, you can post a "want to buy" thread to see if anyone has and is willing to part with the items you're looking for (that's the other meaning of "wtb", I think").

These parts show up pretty frequently on eBay. Just edit your original post to conform with forum rules.
