How do I change the time?

Hi all
Can someone tell me how to change the time on my Omega de Ville. She does not have a traditional winder.
I’m worried about breaking her if I poke something in the tiny hole.

Looks like you are missing the crown and stem, i.e. a "traditional winder" as you call it. A watchmaker should be able to sort that for you.

This one doesn't have the traditional crown and stem, has a small "button" you press with a stylus/toothpick/paper clip to set the time in sequential presses.
Chances of finding one on the open market are slim to nothing.
You will need to go to Omega to see if they are able to repair it with a replacement.

When is the last time you set the time on it? Maybe you recently banged it against something breaking the crown? How did you set the time when you last did it?

This watch was part of a range without a crown. Here’s the original advertising. The watch is new to me so I have yet to change the hour.

I suppose you could remove the battery for 11 hours.

If it were me, I would try a paper clip or something smaller, but I definitely understand wanting to be careful. I'm guessing that @JimInOz probably has the best idea: see if Omega service can sort it out.

I searched the cousins website for case parts that go for your watch ref. 591.0103. https://www.cousinsuk.com/category/filter/omega-case-parts I am not expert, but it looks like you need the pusher corrector, pusher piece tube and corrector gasket. Cousins no longer has these, but an Omega Certified Watchmaker might be able to get them if they are still available from Omega. Perhaps @Archer is willing to look that up for you.

Pull the crown, rotate to set time, and push back gently. Refer to the manual for details
There isn't a crown on this model

okay try this then use a small pin or paperclip to gently press the recessed button. Each press moves the minute hand. Continue until the correct time is set. Avoid using excessive force to prevent damage.
