I came across this video yesterday and thought other OFers might be interested - it’s exactly what it says on the can. I never totally understood how they worked before, but now I think I get it (he nails it with the flip flop chain 😎)

It is very interesting. Good to pick up some knowledge. Since the OP and a few, or lot, of you guys are knowledgeable if one owns something like a quartz Cellini is it wise to remove the battery when not wearing it for periods of time? I always keep it running.
