Asking partly out of curiosity, and partly out of pedantry )): At what point does the Firth of Forth stop being a river and start being coastline?
Interesting question and to be honest I have never really thought about it, off the top of my head I would have thought about somewhere around North Berwick ? I’ll pull out my charts tomorrow and see if I can find something more definitive.
I'm thinking of engraving my dog's names on my watches at the backcase. something to really remember them when they are gone next time....
Taking the limit of 'Forth Ports Authority' between Fife Ness and Great Car I would say is where you enter the North Sea. Spent my teenage years dinghy sailing out of North Berwick, great times sailing round the Bass Rock and further afield
Don't know if this was the right thing to do but a Jack Russell joins the Beagle. The Beagle doesn't look too happy. It's hard to get a photo of the Jack Russell, he won't sit still. Eventually he fell asleep. For anybody that has lost a dog I would say get another as soon as you can. It makes it easier. That's why I got another two.
We are going to enjoy sailing season and discuss in the fall. Last year and a half were pretty painful. Ps ... A JR and beagle .. that’s as bad as two Shibas! Do you enjoy the “Chase Me” game?
And this is very unlikely to change for a while. One thing is for sure, the Beagle will be entertained. These are pretty rare moments with the Russels They are normally like this:
I did spend a while looking for a Shiba but they are really hard to find here. Beautiful dogs. I am kind of hoping the JR is going to play "Chase Me" with rats, mice and any other critters. The Beagle is only concerned with his stomach.
Thanks! We also have a big boy to look after them. I'm sure you will not have to worry about rats and mice with the Jack Russel around.
