Maharishi Maharishi Yogi is disappointed in all of you who have better watches than me

I look forward to seeing that photo showing up in threads where people are getting a little testy.

I don’t have it in me anymore since hairy passed away but perhaps the time will come. He actually got out yesterday and made it down a cliff that leads to state land (I think people are growing weed back there it’s hard to access) took me a good hour and a half to get him. I lost him for a bit so I stopped and listened when he made it down the cliff that I actually need rope for he realized he was lost and was crying. I called him he got happy and scaled the cliff in a minute but then did that annoying run away everytime I’m within a foot of him. It’s going to be a while till I can trust him to just lay on the deck and enjoy the sun

I hope you snore loudly in your sleep. He looks like he'd take a bite out of you if you didn't move or make a noise in awhile.

The brothers Grimm made a great escape. They actually cut up the bottom of my sliding screen door and saw I was coming as the jail guard pushed themselves out knocking the screen door right off. You know how hard it is to find black spazz cats in the woods at night. I had a pretty crappy week and this is not the ending I would have chosen. Got them both in finally

Wearing the De Ville this evening and as I was in the garden i used the backdrop of my old pals memorial garden, every day my dearly beloved or one our daughters come and check it over for weeds etc.
It may be small but I confess I am quite touched by how much it means to them 🥰

I was wondering why Maharishi Maharishi Yogi wasn’t ringing the bell as he walked. I took a close look he really didn’t like that bell. Later found rock raccoon in what looks like an uncomfortable sleeping position but he seemed content

Assuming the bell was in good shape it appears to have taken a pretty good beating. In all the years of having bells on all our cats never have I seen that. The bell almost appears to have been wedged in something and forcibly removed and/or compressed by something pretty significant. Is his collar loose enough to slip over his head should the bell become wedged? The clasp does not appear to be a quick release safety clasp.

He’s been chewing that SOB since I got it. It has a break away so he can’t get caught. I saw him contorting to get at it to chew on it just didn’t realize the damage he did. I had to check his teeth make sure he didn’t break one. Surprised myself but that is 100% teeth work.

Perhaps I owe i quick apology. In my area of the US it is quite common to refer to a pet in active crazy mode as a “spazz” in that manner it has no negative connotations at all. People will even name their dog or cat that word. It was brought to my attention that in much of the empire it is a very bad word with negative connotations. I will attempt to cease the use of that word here as “zoomies” is also acceptable when your pet is freaking out.
So I will leave that at that but a new problem has arisen. Someone found out about my recent loss of Hairy and Sooper and in a very nice gesture she got a pretty female cat she wanted to give me. Due to the circumstances I can’t accept a cat from her (long story) so I am trying to help her find a home for it and supplying her with cat food (another no no) but this 1 year old female cat put a serious hurting on her 7 year old cat. I’m helping her get medical treatment for her 7 year old cat as it looks like the cut is becoming infected. It’s so messed up when someone tries to do something nice for you and the whole situation turns on them. I’ll take care of it just might take a couple weeks. So the “zoomie” brothers then the little lady that was meant for me.

September 2012 in the south of France and the love of my life with my sadly departed old pal.
