I had some tests done on hairy and got more bad news. So I’m just going to focus on the now with her. Her days with me might be limited. As for now she still likes to help me take out the garbage and recycle bins and when she sees me at the bottom of the driveway she runs full speed down to help me the races me back to the house.
@Walrus
Sorry to hear Hairy had bad results. Paws crossed she ignores them (it’s good cats can’t read and are so obstinate) and keeps trucking on a while yet.

Thanks much @Omegafanman i know you mean that from the heart. I’m not gonna let this get me as you know sooper doopers story she was supposed to be dead at 17 she’s coming up on 25 so who knows. Unfortunately hairy got two pretty serious diagnoses now and she means a lot to me since she is a family cat I rescued but let’s say we are coming up on the end, why be miserable now when she isn’t exhibiting any suffering? The time will come for that but like us humans we should enjoy life while we are here and not yet showing sins of illness.
Yea I am pretty much treating her like a baby at this point and got yelled at by my wife for serving hairy breakfast in bed after the initial bad news and probably my talk of a crib and stroller was a bit overboard but I’ll spend the money on treatments for now as she is pretty much still acting normal I was just warned things could turn rabidly so I’ll be watching her and making the best calls I can.
Glad to see numerous pictures of him I hadn’t seem many for a while and had concerns. They were probably here and I just missed them. How is he doing with his leg/back issue.
