The cool thing is the only thing in his world right there is that ball, imagine being able to focus like that, he’s like the Buddha, at one with the ball

The old boy continues to look more relaxed over the weekend. I swear his Mane / Ruff is growing more but that could be winter coming.
I decided to paint the shed at the weekend... He kept a low profile in the sunshine but his on off crush took a keen interest...which slowed me up a bit. I managed not to paint her :0)

Great f***ng shots!

Thanks! Since you like those here are a couple more of the Chickadees. They are fearless. I was sitting on my deck about 3 meters from the feeder watching them come in for seed, and then one landed on the railing no more than 1/2 meter away. I had put seed on the railing, but wasn't expecting them to get it when I was there.

It could be worse. Our last dog had to be locked away anytime we used paint or varnish. She liked to lick freshly painted or stained surfaces before they dried. We are lucky it never killed her. She also used to eat snails, shell and all. We attributed that to her being a French breed.

The old boy has given it his seal of approval am today - back on his perch in the sunshine. This is a water based paint so not too bad. I dont use creosote.. for some reason a lot of cats seem to love the smell but it is mega bad for them. Ref your dog at least the shells were good for her calcium levels I guess :0)

Was trying to get a cool wrist shot with Neo on the background but my phone cam thought he was more photogenic as I wasn't able to focus on the watch 😀
So, yeah, more pictures of Neo then

Still enjoying our holidays, sadly my old pal does not have the stamina he once had and on longer walks he now has a stroller which he has taken to really well 😀

On the other hand I really do not think my co-pilot is up to the job 🙁

Hairy still enjoying the box. Recently contacted by “lifestyles of the rich and famous” and “cribs” to do an expose on how the other cats live. Yes we are cheap but we did buy one of those “cat condos” as with her affinity for boxes we thought she would like a “real cat house” but nope, she never went near it, it’s cardboard or nothing for this classy feline.

Paper bags and cardboard boxes are what cat dreams are made of.

Hairy's tail is looking quite impressive these days.
