We had a boxer for 14 years and I cannot convince my wife that we need another one. Good news! My good friend and neighbour just brought these two little girls home on Saturday! My neighbour needs to get out and walk a lot more. This will do. If he doesn’t, I am ready to jump in!

New Jersey lawnmowers.

I grew up in upstate New York and did a good deal of hiking/camping in the Adirondacks over the years. I don’t recall ever coming across a deer in the wild. I live in New Jersey now, the most densely populated state in the U.S., and deer are as common as squirrels.

Being honest the old boy is a bit ambivalent as he knows he wont get a party invite. His is a bit ambivalent about most things though taking it in the round. He has developed a new technique to maintain his right to roam / keep the doors open and seems to be spending a lot of time on the iPad brushing up on his English lessons. He will be typing posts next :0)

Might be the best way to convince the Miss... Give it a few weeks, frequently inviting your neighbour. You wouldn't want the 3 dogs to have a big age gap 😀

Having an off week my brain is not firing on all cylinders. I got up this AM, fed hairy but she kept following me and looking at me. That means I forgot something. I checked the water bowl etc couldn’t figure it out, the I remembered I didn’t pet her between her ears for a minute. Took care of that she was ready for her 6hr power nap.

I checked the water bowl etc couldn’t figure it out, the I remembered I didn’t pet her between her ears for a minute. Took care of that she was ready for her 6hr power nap.

I am sure 'hairy' gets to all our hearts 👍

Oh gee this doesn’t look good but funny. 112 year old sooper dooper was doing some basic grooming (she does very little elderly cats let that slide) but after she eats she still cleans her paws. I decided to give her a little pat but since she is blind and deaf she is easily startled and looked up forgetting to put her tongue back in. I know she doesn’t look great in photos but you won’t either if you make it to her age
