Still lucky to have several Robins around the garden but none as adventurous as this one.
Wonderful on several levels, thanks a lot for for sharing that. 👍 And - the fact Mr Robin is sporting SMPO Orrnge on his chest confirms he's One Of Us!

I don’t know man what the frig I love dogs I think my Shepard got up to about 90 pounds in her prime but I think having an animal like that In my home might scare me. Shoot hairy puts up a hec of a fight at 7 pounds.

The bigger they are, the more mellow. Probably the only thing you'd need to worry about is getting crushed when it wants to snuggle with you. And of course, there's the poop bags...

Yes, my cousin has a Great Pyrenees. She is big as a horse, but gentle as a lamb. The kids can climb all over her and she just loves it.

Ya my faithful German Shepard was terrified of fireworks, when she hears them she would try to jump on my lap and sit like when she was a 10 pound puppy

Echo that…..my father loved these dogs…..here’s a pic of our first one, reached 175 lbs and 36” at the shoulder. We were not allowed to show him because of an agreement with the breeder, but he would have been marked down anyway for being outside of breed standard. I remember a friend of the family brought over her crawling-only baby…..the baby fell asleep lying on the dog and he didn’t move a muscle for several hours including going past his regular dinner time with rattling bowls. I don’t think he missed many meals otherwise.

If you will indulge me in some nostalgia from 15 years ago, I was reminiscing about these three tonight. When I first met my wife-to-be, she had a Ridgeback (Sheba) and I had two Boxers (old Rosie and young Piper). These three adored each other. If they weren't playing or adventuring together, they were trying to squeeze into the same dog bed. Sadly, Sheba died before her time of a blood cancer.

🙄 Great dogs, a nice lady, hiking Colorado, knowing a ton about watches - now that is the Good Life right there. Thanks for sharing that, it's going to carry me through today.

Sometimes the little guy’s ears flop over backwards when he’s running, what a goof 😁
