We call that redecorating. Sometimes things might even look better in different locations, like throw pillows or shoes in the backyard. You'd be surprised what can fit through a dog door.

Good old super dooper 23 year old cat, she still pops up at feeding time, she can see me in daylight but as it gets darker she occasional walks into things. I can’t tell you how many times she knocked over the water bowl. I think I’m going to elevate her food and water bowls as she keeps stepping in them. You still can’t miss the “give me food look” in her eyes

Ooh how cute look at the fluffy white cat sniffing nature. No, don’t be fooled this a a Bush in front of my house where a few doves are raising a family. Hairy dreams of killing them. She does not value the sanctity of life. Hairy would murder the entire family if she could. Cold blood. Don’t worry I keep an eye on her. I have bird feeders out and really like watching the birds. These doves are pretty smart they are deep in the bush. Hairy is patient though, all it would take is one screw up by the bird family and it’s lights out.

29th April 2020 and my old pal before he left for 24hrs at the vets and to be honest we really did not expect to see him again 🙁

Following day and ready to head home 😀

A few days later waiting to sample some treats a good friend had sent for the boys 😀

Here we are a week or so ago and hanging in there, totally deaf plus various other issues but still one happy boy 🥰

Apologies for images that will almost certainly have been posted previously.

Such a sweet boy. I am so glad he pulled through that rough patch a year ago.

The daily battle.... You do not need the big swivel chair / high back … you are a cat.... use the smaller blue swivel chair......you like the smaller chair, you curl up nice on the smaller chair...……. I am on the small uncomfortable chair again!!!

Both shots taken this morning... we had a late start / bank holiday in the UK. The shed photo is the ''what time do you call this'' look....

Scientists say cats don't pass the mirror test. He did react as if it was another cat when he was a kitten - but now is happy with his reflection. I think he knows it is him / he sleeps opposite a mirror in the bedroom often now. Forum Felines must be a cut above the average and I imagine the Canines must be equally erudite (mostly) … why not try out the mirror test... the one in this you Tube link seems to have it licked / what does science know.....

Anyone remember this friendly wee fellow ?

Still lucky to have several Robins around the garden but none as adventurous as this one.
