Dale and Teresa are brother and sister Corgis. We ended up with them after their owner died of a sudden heart attack in 2012 (NASCAR fan, hence the names) and none of his adult children wanted them and put them up for free on craigslist or they were going to a shelter. Oreo, mini dachshund, was found on the side of the road at 7 weeks old December 2017 (I live in Buffalo, NY so think about that for a moment) about 25min away from us and after Facebook photos were shared around my wife got a call about him from someone giving the person who found him her contact info (we are known dog people in the local animal circle I guess) and now he is happy and always warm with us. Knuckles, mini dachshund, is a real knuckle head and he came from a raided puppy mill operation at about 3 months old in 2014.
