Hey guys
This is my 1st generation planet ocean 42mm(2201.51) with orange indices. I have a small 6.25 wrist with flat top wrist. I think it fits my small wrist well. I havent been using this watch alot lately and i think i need to start using it again.

I just cleaned the bracelet and the watch feels new on my wrist again

Looks great! I have a fairly small (6.5") wrist too and 42mm cases are my sweet spot. I even have one watch that's 44mm but there are obviously other influences that affect the fit & wear.

Yes i think 42mm is sometimes feel too big for me but the lugs on my PO makes it so wearable. Also the bracelet is really comfortable. I'm not sure why but it is one of my most comfortable bracelet.

The first Gen PO is a great watch. I see you took off the bracelet. Maybe you have a reveal planned with a NATO or rubber strap, that will definitely lighten up the watch on the wrist.

I think it goes great with other straps and specially with rubber strap. It is much lighter and great for summer time

1st gen will always be the best until Omega can figure out how to make a thinner case/movement with the cal 8xxx movement

Try your PO 2500 on an Uncle Seiko GL831. Ridiculously light and comfortable.

Good call. That look reminds me of the very first undecorated OEM flat rubber Planet Ocean strap that I used to rock. Omega p/n 98000144.

Also, I'm not afraid to admit that I have a deep place in my heart for the original OEM fitted rubber deployant straps, especially with orange stitching. Expensive but you can still source them. Omega p/n 98000292. Those were good times, back in the beginning.

That is true for sure. I love the design but the new PO is too thick

Wow that looks great on your wrist. I might actually look into this rubber strap in the future. Summer is coming!
