Hi guys,

So, I decided to bit the bullet and purchase my first fancy-pants watch. I've worn G Shocks since I was a kid and currently wear a stainless G on the daily.

But, my Speedmaster Professional Hesalite arrived this morning! I purchased from OC Watch Guy. I just ordered a few NATO straps from CNS along with the tool and some extra pins.

My next eventual time piece will be an Orange Planet Ocean. But, I do like the Oris Dive Watches.

Welcome! Have to ask... does that pen actually write well, or is it the novelty of being a "space pen" that makes it?

I love it, I'm a teacher and use it consistently everyday. Ink cartridges are easy to swap as I burn through ink... That being said, this model is the 400B - Bullet. It comes in an Apollo 11 box with a moonscape! Since its short, the cap has to be kept on the backside of body when writing, which I do anyway since I tend to lose small gizmos!

So @2FiveOhs, you're a teacher, now you know the real problem the mods have to deal with

. . . we're just a bunch of 13 year-olds [*] at heart. Even those well into their 70s.


[*] But with more disposable income. At 13 all mine went into repairing bicycles I'd crashed.
