Welcome, and have to admit I started looking at your photo from left to right and thought; ok,....hmmm,....nice!,...well hello there.

I also realized I have the exact same watches in my collection.馃憤

So good start...and you know what they say...if you know how many watches you have, you don't have enough!

Hah hah good coincidence. I've own similar ones but not exactly the same. That's a decent mix of watches for a reasonable collection. Sentimental, beater, vintage for an age milestone, and a SS sports Rolex. All he's missing is a Speedmaster Pro.

I gave one of my Seiko 5 with a black waffle dial to my older brother in 2014 for his birthday, right before he was diagnosed with stg 4 lung cancer). I still have my blue dial Seiko 5 from the 1970's that my little brother gave me, but the crown fell out and the bracelet has a broken link. I can buy a new watch for less than fixing this but suspect I'll fix it. My analog/digital G-shock is actually a Protrek, and my vintage Omega is similar but gold capped, while all 3 Submariner have come and gone and been replaced with Planet Oceans.

I have a similar 1968 Omega Deville, only its a non calendar version.
Be careful of the lugs. one of mine snapped off when putting a new band on it many years ago. Not something that can be easily fixed.
On the upside the watch hasn't been worn since then otherwise it might not have survived these many years.

thanks for the advice, funny I was going to attempt to change the strap this weekend but maybe I will rethink that.

Hi everyone, have just joined today and what a great forum for knowledge. Thought I would show you my watch collection, I know its not very exotic so please be kind with any comments.
The Seiko 5 was my first watch bought for me by my late parents when I was 15 and is the most valuable possession I own.
The Seamaster is 1968 I think and 18ct rose gold with a 565 cal which was my 50th bday present.
The Gshock is for when I think some damage may get done doing some DIY etc.
The Submariner is my everyday watch.

All nice solid watches in their own way enjoy them all

Welcome and what a nice collection you have.

Every watch forum has a character of its own. I've only been here for a few months and what I enjoy even before I click on "new posts" is knowing that no-one is grandstanding with "look at me" photos of some grand collection which either does, or doesn't exist.

The technical knowledge about all things Omega is simply astonishing and I simply sit at one side content to learn from the stuff that goes on, usually waay over my head.

Welcome!
I too had that same G-Shock from about 2002-2012. However mine was a dark blue with yellow writing. (It was damaged and had to be replaced)
My dad still has his black and red version (we got them at the same time).
