·I've simply avoided using USPS/EMS altogether for cross-country shipments. DHL/Fedex only. Once package has been passed on to courriers there's little that shipper/sender can do.

·Because some customers want the lowest cost for shipping, even if it means higher risk of a missing package.
Sure,but it shouldn’t be customer’s risk,customer doesn’t hair shipping companies,right?

·So, Forstner is Made in China. Shipped to the USA to Forstner. You buy and Forstner ships it back to China. Have you asked , if they can ship ( after payment ) direct from the factory in China to you in China?
