This is my second time dealing the USPS issue with them. Has anyone got into same situation?

I've simply avoided using USPS/EMS altogether for cross-country shipments. DHL/Fedex only. Once package has been passed on to courriers there's little that shipper/sender can do.

If sellers couldn’t take responsibilities for the shipping companies,why keep them as options.

Because some customers want the lowest cost for shipping, even if it means higher risk of a missing package.

Are you saying you want the benefit of cheap shipping but not the risk that goes with it?

So, Forstner is Made in China. Shipped to the USA to Forstner. You buy and Forstner ships it back to China. Have you asked , if they can ship ( after payment ) direct from the factory in China to you in China?
