Hi everyone, I was looking to buy a bracelet for my grandfather's Seamster "sparkle" reference 168.023.

The only bracelet still available by Omega according to my authorized service centre is the 1125 with 560 end links (photo attached). But it's $500

However after reading some posts on the forum , i noticed that members that owned a FOIS were also able to use the.1125/560 bracelet due to same 19mm lug width and similar end links size. So wondering if opposite is possible.

My question is if any uncle seiko/forstner FOIS bracelet can fit on my grandfather's 168.023 sea master, and will i require any particular end links for them? Hoping to save some money.

Thank you馃檪

If you ask Uncle Seiko (Larry) by email he usually reponds. Also on the website they usually list all the references a particular bracelet will fit- if they know about it.

That is a nice watch from your grandfather. Enjoy wearing it and remember him when you do.

What was wrong with the end links?
Are you able to try it with other end links or did you find another bracelet?

They weren't aligning with the spring bar holes of the watch. Didn't help that they were solid end links, and had zero manoeuvrability
