Help with vintage Tudor dial

Hi guys

what are your thoughts- does this dial appear to have been repainted or damaged, given what we see between 12, 1 and 2 ?

I’m thinking possibly repainted due to the Logo looks to have discoloration …

would appreciate any insights - Thank you.

Probably are fine but hard to take a worse photo and ask for review.
