Help With Vintage Omega Seamaster DeVille

I am new to watch collecting and have been lurking around the forum and looking for a Seamaster DeVille (gold filled or stainless steel) in the $500-$1,000 range for a couple of months. I came across this watch on eBay and am curious about whether it is a redial and the condition of the movement. I see it says "SWISS" instead of "SWISS MADE". The seller also says the dial "appears to be original".

The dial is original, this is the small version of the De Ville though. Look for one with a 550 to 565 caliber movement.
