Help with removing stem from Omega Seamaster Professional 200m Ref 396.1062

I am wanting to change the case tube and don't know the process. I read that a screw needs to be turned about 3/4 of a turn and then pressed down to remove it. There are a couple of screws and there is an arrow, tried the one next to the arrow... nothing. So, which screw to turn and to release the stem?

The screw you undo is the one the arrow points to.
If you've undone it 3/4 of a turn an pressed down on the screw head firmly while pulling on the stem and it doesn't disengage, turn the screw another 1/4 turn and try again. If it still won't release use tiny "undo" movements on the screw and make sure you're pressing down firmly on the screw head.
