How do you get them off? Don't want to damage it, but want to open so I can change the crystal.

 

Ok, got winding stem, can't sort out how to do the alarm & time setting stems.



Or the alarm shutoff button...

 

Got it all. Someone might have told me the crystal is changed from the front.
