Help with Omega Naiad Medicus

Several years ago I bought this watch at and auction. It was listed as a "pilot's watch" but upon further research (aka googling) I found that the crown and lipped back indicates it is a Naiad and the central second indicates Medicus. Then I read that Naiad Medicus is misused and should only apply to a rectangular model.
Any help or opinion would be appreciated.
Also I wanted a chance to show some nice Omega picture.
