Help with missing bezel part for Breitling chronomat

Hi OF

I am asking for you help on behalf of a work colleague. He has a Breitling chronomat and the applied "45" marker is missing (see attached photo).

He would be very grateful for advice as to where (and if) a replacement could be sourced, preferably in the UK.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
