Folks,

Looking for a steer on the value of this one please?

It's a 311.30.42.30.01.005 Speedmaster that's around a year old, that's had a NOS Japan racing dial and handset fitted by an Omega approved service centre in the UK. It has the warranty cards etc, although they'll be null & void of course since it's been converted.

Most of the Japan racing speedmasters I can see on C24 seem to be listed as 3570.40 models, which is the original 2004 limited edition (of 2004 watches), not conversions.

TIA

Well a modded one sold on here recently - at a bargain price I think - $2500 - although I think that was some privately rather than an Omega SC

I’d add the price of the dial and hands ($1-$1.5k on here and eBay when they turn up), a donor watch (say $3.5k) plus cost to fit say $500 - so around $5k maybe a bit more as it’s an Omega ASC, but you can probably get it for less on eBay or here if you put a WTB.
