As the others said, as a 'watch', this has little value. Ladies watches, particularly of this style, are horrifically out of style and get really no resale market.
The watch case itself is, as Mark said, is almost definitely just gold plated. Omega put gold case backs on gold watches, and stainless casebacks on plated/filled/etc watches. I can't judge the bracelet, it doesn't appear original to the watch.
IF you want to get this running so you can wear it, I hope it will be for sentimental reasons, as this is not typically something that increases value of any amount of reason. Find a good local watchmaker, and they will charge you ~$3-500 to do a full service on the movement, at which point I'd expect it to run well and serve on your wrist for quite a few years!
I WILL note it appears that the dial is sitting not-straight? I presume that there was some event in the past that caused this (hopefully not a bad service!), but it would be something that would need fixing.
