Help please - Seamaster 30

Hi,
I am new to Omega watches. I just inherited this watch for my father but can seem to find much info related to it.
Sorry have got photo of inside case but wrote down the following reference numbers.
136.003-62-SC
286
Hand engraved on the case back (very lightly) was 6146B
My father has passed away so can't ask him for any info.
Any thoughts or comments appreciated.

Normally we'd ask for a couple pics. What I can tell you is that the reference number is 136.003 and it was made some time around 1962. If you can read the serial number (9 digits) off the copper colored movement (caliber 286?) we can tell you for sure.

Sorry cant upload photo from work pc, well add tonight. serial number is 19797079. Yes Cal. 286
