·I recently took a chance on this Seamaster 300. I need help identifying it and any advice or info would be appreciated.
This is what I know:
Hands
The hands are the small arrow which I thought indicated a CK14755. This resource indicates that the small arrow was used on CK2913-5 to 8 as well. So could mine be a 2913?

Dial
The font of the numbers is thinner to pics I've seen online. In particular the loops on the 6 and 9 seems to be larger. Could the dial be repainted? But there's lume missing on the 8 and 9 markers. Who would repaint a dial and miss out those markers?
Bezel
I'm not familiar with the bakelite bezel so I don't whether this has one or not. The numbers appear to be painted on. The font on the insert looks wrong. In particular the 4 is pointed instead of flat.
Movement
The movement is a Cal 501 with serial 14,882,xxx. That would indicate an early 2913 (~1957?). This doesn't seem consistent with the hands.
Crown
I've been told the crown looks too big.
Caseback
Caseback is definitely wrong. It has no inscriptions around the seamonster and the inside is marked 2777-1 SC which apparently is some military issue watch.
Case
Case is in really good condition for it's age. Doesn't appear to be polished, edges are sharp.
From my research I thought it might be a fraken, either a 2913 with wrong hands or a 14755 with an earlier movement. And maybe a repainted dial. But then I found this pic from Analogshift which has the exact same dial, hands and bezel insert as mine. So now I'm confused! Could mine be all correct and original?
Any idea of value in it's current state?
If the components are wrong is it worth it (and is it possible) to source the correct parts?
Thanks!
