HELP NEEDED! Omega Packaging Info

Hey guys,

So need help on this Omega I just got. It's a reference 3551.50.00 dated on its warranty card 2010. It comes with all 3 cards, box outer, and shipping box. What makes it unique is the box is the wooden box which if I'm not mistaken was produced in 2015. To add the white outer box and shipping box are dated 2021. So this made me think it is just a provided box from secondary market and not an AD box. But when I look at the shipping box it has a sticker that also says the correct ref. and serial num. of the watch.

Could anyone clarify if the box is the box it came with? Was it provided by AD maybe after a service? or was it provided by a secondary dealer?

Thanks in advance guys!

Most likely provided by a secondary dealer to make a 'set'. No big deal, it happens all the time, even with newer watches. You have the three cards (verify the serial numbers all match) and a genuine Omega box of later origin. I wouldn't fret or worry about it.

Appreciate the info Evitzee! Just wanted to ask, does this appreciate the value given that I have the newer better build box and the original shipping box from Omega? Or not really?

The watch though is dated 2010 on the card. Isn't this box made 2015? Or is it possible the AD provided that box instead of the old red one?

Again, the box is correct for this reference - there's absolutely nothing wrong here.

When an AD gets watches and boxes, they are shipped separately. The AD then matches up the box and watch when they are sold. If this was sold after the new boxes were made, it would have been paired with the current box at the time - there's nothing wrong here.
