Remove the crown/stem by pulling it out.
Use an air pump to puff air into the case and pop off the crystal.
Remove the movement through the front of the case.

It should be a form of split stem, which requires certain (often uncomfortable) amount of force to pull out.
Attached are pictures from my NELCO movement (same watch). I am not at home now to send you better pics of the stem.
Some people remove the steel ring, crystal and then cut into the plastic to not pull stem on these, but don't do that... 😀
