I'm new to the forum and have little knowledge of watches. I would like to know if this watch is original, and if possible its year.
Does it have something incorrect?

Thank you very much.

How much is it? Unless it's really cheap I would look for a better example.

267 dollars, what do you think? It's worth it?

and if possible its year.

First thing for you to learn: You can check the year a watch was produced by the movement number.

24 mill is roughly 1966

Not to me, but you're not me. You're going to easily put that much into it to get it serviced, plus parts. The lume is off the hands so you would probably want to replace them or get them relumed, so there's some more money. After all that, you're still going to have that dial.
My recommendation is to read this https://omegaforums.net/threads/learn-how-to-fish.52603/ and learn as much as you can before pissing away money. Save for a good example.

I agree with @efauser - the movement looks filthy and there’s not much you can do for the dial, even after service. 1960s Seamasters are still quite common and with a bit of patience, you can get a much better example, IMO.

Sorry but i believe it's 21 mil, which dates it to 1964. Not that it would change the elephant in the room.

Read the Learn how to Fish thread and slow down. You're not going to get a lot of help until you do.

I finished reading 'how to fish' and found it amazing! Much knowledge!

I found it very interesting to notice the details, especially on the case and the dial, and how crucial some of the dial details are!

I still have doubts, but nothing that a good read and a coffee will not solve, I am looking forward to getting an omega. Do you have a vintage model or movement that you recommend or that you particularly like?

You might buy from this forum before elsewhere, as the watches will be accurately described and priced decently.

It’s gonna take a little more time and effort. Stick around here and read through old posts. You’ll get a sense of what you like. It’s also useful to check this discussion where people post multiple times a day asking for advice. Over time you’ll get a better sense of what to look for vis-à-vis dial, movement, and case condition. When (and trust me it’s just a matter of when) your impressions are more in line with the experts that post here you’ll know you’ve gotten a better eye for things. And of course, I highly recommend buying from a user on this forum as suggested above!
