Hi y'all,
I am new here and have zero knowledge/ experience in the watch world. I am hoping someone much more well versed than me could possibly enlighten me.

I have this watch pictured and was hoping to get any information you may have about it. Is it real/ fake? Worth anything? Mens/ women's or the model or age that kinda thing. Would really appreciate the education and what I should do with this piece, thank you so very much!

Looks to me like an Omega Speedmaster "reduced." Somebody will know the exact reference number for this model I'm sure and with that info you can search online and get some ideas of value. It was sold as a men's watch but can certainly be worn unisex due to it's slightly smaller proportions. This looks like the steel and yellow gold variant, came in rose gold too, all steel, and about a million dial & bezel variations over the years.

Value depends on condition, is it running? (Nevermind, I can see that it's running.) It may well need a service so factor that in if you want to wear it. If you're selling it just disclose what you know about it in a clear and honest way.

Are you planning to wear it, sell it? Where did you get it? Do you know it's history or when it was serviced? Does it have anything else like a box or paperwork of any kind, receipts for work done or when purchased?

I would imagine selling it if it has any value. I unfortunately don't know any details about it, found clearing out old drawers in family. Just the watch by itself. Do you advise doing anything in particular with it or taken to a certain place? Thank you!

Without knowing more than what has been mentioned so far, I would estimate the value at about $1300 (USD).
