    On a vintage 40s Omega. cal. 26 5T3 I believe.

    Auction ending soon so need clarification quickly.

    Please help verify if this movement looks legitimate and untampered!

    Thanks! But what about the lack of stamped inscription in the circled area? Attached photo of a comparable movement for comparison.

    They only stamp the serial number once on each movement.

    Thanks for help all, I won the auction.

    Speaking of - does anyone know the years of production for the cal 26.5 T3? Trying to hone in on when this piece was manufactured. Hopefully can make out the full serial number when the watch arrives and look that way, but in the meantime... caliber experts please let me know!

    Should be around 1944-1945, I think.
