I recently got this vintage watch (1962 Rolex Datajust) and need your advice on sending this watch for service.

It doesn’t look pristine but keeps good time.

I think having it serviced sounds like a great idea if you're going to wear it regularly. 👍

BTW, I really like this no-lume 1601 version with alpha hands.
