As @Canuck noted, it's a counterfeit, also known as fake and replica.

A singularly ugly one at that.

Oh God, this is one of the cases where every bit of the watch is a red flag... The texts (18k markings) engraved on it are all made by a wiggly hand. The omega text on the dial is probably written with pencil. The watch itself has no commonality with omega, other than its claim to show the time. But the list might be extended. I hope your aunt gifted it to you without any intention of getting rid of it, expecting that she was passing a nice present. This would be the only silver lining in this story.
