Help info on vintage twist/lyre lugs?

Having become obsessed with the idea of gold hands and indices, I now find I am as interested in case shapes. Really like this fairly rare Longines (7171) style: …So now am looking for info on cases and manufacturers ( saw somewhere this may be an e picqueres design), and does anyone know is there a gold version of this design and or what Omega 50 s or 60s refs are same/similar? Am Not interested in speedmasters. Any info/help appreciated.
