This may fit in here as well...T17 movement, but I don't know the case/model #

This one is a CK 920. The dial was repainted with a modern incorrect logo. Moreover, the dial is probably not the original one; the raised nubers seem too far away from the bezel. I probably comes from a Watch with a smaller opening.
Here in a 1935 leaflet :

Yann,

Being inexperienced I thought that mark at 3 was from the case touching the dial. It never occurred to me that mark was made for centering the dial.

On a side note: Do you have every example of T17 and 20F watches?

Thanks Yann. That answers many questions for me! Love seeing your collection come up one piece at a time.

I wish I had all of them, unfortunately not the case. After 15 years of accumulation I still have no idea of all models. Strange enough I always have preferred T17 to 20F even if the latter are rarer.

Yann,

Do you prefer the T17 because of the 60 hour power reserve or is it something else about the T17?

There was no choice based on the qualities of the caliber. I guess I was more attracted to T17 designs than to 20F designs. It was also probably easier to find T17s in good condition than 20Fs.
I ended up with 5 times more T17 than 20F (counting only the ones in working condition I have some projects watches with 20F calibers).

Yann,

Would you mind posting the catalogs, advertisements, etc. you have for the T17's and 20F's?

I promise I searched this site for them, but I only came up with the ones you posted in this thread.

I have a feeling I'm not the only one that would like to have access to them.

The difficult side of my personality has led me to post catalog scans when I see the corresponding watch in the metal. It may be frustrating to some, but it's more fun (at least to me) and 'press those watches out of the wood' as we say in French, meaning if I didn't, we would probably see less pictures of pre 1950 models here.

I picked up this beauty recently. Sadly, it is stuck in Covid-related postage purgatory. Looking forward to its arrival very soon.
