This belonged to my grandmother. I have no idea how old it is or what it’s worth. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Very cool to have the inner and outer boxes and it looks to be in great shape. Lovely memory of your grandmother and quite a fancy watch obviously, really a legitimate piece of jewelry. I'm not familiar with the case-maker's mark, but I'm sure someone else will immediately recognize it and give you some information about the origin. Where are you located BTW, what country? The serial number on the movement is the key to dating it but it's too blurry for me to read. Could you perhaps type it in, at least the first few digits?

Nice watch. Could be 70's based on the hands

Value means different things to different people. I would check Ebays completed auctions and search on Ladies gold Omega watch and then sort Highest First

It will bring up a number of them. There is a similar one in 14kt. Ignore the 18kt higher priced ones

If your not going to wear it. You can either keep to remember her by or sell it and use the money for something you need

From a sentimental point of view it must be worth a lot to you.

USA. AA7839-R and under that it says 181157.

I was referring to the serial number on the movement. Not inside the case-back.
