I recently found this vintage Omega Genève ladies automatic watch. I would appreciate any help or information about this watch, including its value and collectibility.

Value? Collectibility? Dreadful fake. As bad as any of us have ever seen! So much about it indentifies it as a fake, we’d need an hour to list them! Hope you don’t own it!

Canuck is being unfortunately more polite than is perhaps warranted. The value of that whatever you can trick the next person into paying, because it is absolutely valueless to anyone who knows anything about watches (or frankly, GOLD... seriously, it claims to be 18k, but it has worn through to the steel everywhere!).

I hope you didn't pay anything for that, it is straight garbage.
