Help identify vintage

Hello, I am trying to identify the model of the watch, especially the dial. I’m having trouble determining the model because many parts have been replaced, but on the caseback there is an engraving that says wedding 1949.

A redialled model 2503 ie the dial has been stripped and repainted at some point.

The 15m serial suggests manufacture nearer 1955-56, the movement at least is not from the '40s

In the photos of the movement, you can see the Omega symbol with the inscription 267, but just below it, it indicates 15 jewels. Furthermore, there's a shock-resistant system. So I don't really understand what movement it is or when it dates from. Was it common to repaint dials back then?

It's a caliber 267.
Omega introduced the caliber 267 in 1956, so if your watch has an inscription from 1949 it's probable that the movement has been replaced at some stage.

Yes, it was common to redial watches in the past as part of a service and in order to "freshen up" the watch for the owner.
