Help identify Omega Seamaster watch and opinion about it

Hello everybody!
Please help me to identify the model of this watch and tell me what you think about it. I want to buy it tomorrow, the seller asks 600 euros for this watch. It is ok the price? Does everything looks original? The dial looks ok?

You can use Google image search to compare it to other known good examples.

Not a particularly popular model, but I guess it has an interesting 70s look to it. My only question is about the hands. The lume appears to be missing, and I'm not sure they are original to the watch.
