The hands on the original watch posted are "Leaf" style.
The hands on the watch you just posted are "Alpha" style.
They have no similarity but for the fact that they are "hands".

Stick around and check out other posts discussing vintage Omegas and you'll learn, bit by bit.

Despite the distressed dial, I find this quite an attractive. Nice case too. I can't really tell what I am looking at regarding the numerals, is this lume, like the other users have suggested? If they are, then indeed these hands are not original. The other factor which proves they are not original regardless of the numerals, is the fact that the minute hand finishes beyond the minute track, when it should stop as soon as it toucher this. On the other hand, looking at the circumference of the dial, there appears to be some wear and maybe even a gap, which would usually be hidden by a bezel. So... perhaps it is not the hands that have been replace - but rather the dial, and this was made for a smaller case, e.g. a 33mm case instead of what I presume from the images is a 35mm case. For me as a collector I would only buy it for parts and I would say it has got to be worth around £250+.
