yes, fully original as far I can see (without being able to see the movement though)

BTW a nice looking and uncommon dial - nice heirloom 馃憤鉂わ笍

I can't find such a model online, can't find such a case and dial combination and I don't remember such a case - such strange shapes..
It seems that something is wrong here..

The Dynamic had a wide variety of case shapes and dial variations. Looks legitimate to me - and in very nice condition.

The dial definitely seems legit. This seller lists it for a reference 166.001.

But not in such strange monocoque case - what a stuff.. (
Does anyone knows model's Ref. if it's legitimate?

The case seems to be from a 566.0041, but I'm not sure if the dial is original to the case. I would happily wear it though.

I slightly deviate from the pack on this one. I am unaware of any true OG dynamic that takes normal straps like this. Rather it looks like the case for a de ville Ref. 166.085. At some point, someone probably needed a dial and used a dynamic dial as a replacement. If original, it is a relatively sought after dynamic dial.

Here is an example:

Edit: 566.0041 is a women鈥檚 model. OP鈥檚 seems to be full size.

Edit2: That being said, it is a cool mod and easier to customize and wear compared to the typical dynamic case.

The OP's caseback appears to be labeled Tool 105. That's consistent with a mid-size case (e.g. as in my Seamaster COSMIC 135.0016).

The 166.085 example cited above is labeled Tool 106 and would be bigger than the OP's case.

However, the 566.0041 appears to be a Tool 103 case, so that's not correct either. It also looks to have a larger "bezel" / smaller dial than the OP's.

But both of those references share the same design as the OP's, so I'm inclined to think that the OP's case is legit.

One aspect of the OP's watch that seems like it might be off is the handset. Although I can't find a Gen猫ve Dynamic with that case, all of the Gen猫ve Dynamics that I do see have a very distinctive handset. It might be that the OP's hands were replaced at some point.

Its because the watch posted by the OP has probably begun it's life with a different dial .

look at this watch and it has the same hands as the OP's watch .
