Help ID an unusual Omega

Hello,

Saw this one recently and have an opportunity to buy it but the owner has no idea its history or model. I love the dial and the indicies and was thinking about getting it and restoring it for daily use. Don't worry, no repainting the dial or polishing the case any further.

Any ideas?

I can't, thats all the pictures I have. They don't want to open it.

Is the watch running?
If they refuse to open it, I would be more cautious. The movement could be completely rusted theoretically.

It's running, its an old lady and it used to belong to her husband. She's not refusing to open it, she doesn't know how and its all a bit hard.
I was hoping with such an interesting dial it might jump out as something someone has seen before.
