Just my personal opinion but it looks like the dial was cleaned of its tritium components and a previous owner had it relumed. Nice color to the dial and the other items you have to factor in if it is worth it to you. Have a nice day.

I was trying to "point/adress" the lume issue, but in a more careful way....😉

Yeah I agree. The lume was likely lost by the same conditions that turned the dial body ‘tropical’.
