Help finding infos on a Datejust

Hello,
I'm going to buy my first vintage rolex and I'm looking at datejust mod. 1603 or 16234.
Looking on the web I really liked this one ( I don't know if I can post images from other people, so here is the link: https://www.chrono24.it/rolex/mens-...steel-swiss-luxury-lv520--id10498505.htm#gref ) and wanted to search other similar watches, but it's difficult:
I really love the hands, the bezel and the dial of this model, but I can't find them together on any other watch. Is there a code to filter the search for those options?
And what do you think about this example? I noticed the glass is scratched and the dial is dirty: does it keep value, can be cleaned, or is better to search something else?
Any advice is welcome.

you can search on brand+reference number: rolex 1603

I like the pie pan dial and its alpha hands, but case is too polished. you can see that cause there is not much space left between the lug holes and the end of the lugs, meaning quite polished

Thanks, I thought there was also some additional code for the hands and the bezel.
Thank you also for the polish, I didn't know how to check.
